OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Whiteout Tequila Tailgate Prize Pack Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by:

("Sponsor")

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Whiteout Agave Company LLC, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

Employees, owners, officers and representatives of alcoholic beverage manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers are also ineligible where participation is prohibited by applicable law.

By entering, entrants represent that they satisfy all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on August 26, 2026, when the Giveaway post is published on the official Whiteout Tequila Instagram account, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 3, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor's designated system and records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

Follow the official @WhiteoutTequila Instagram account;
Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag two (2) friends with whom they would like to enjoy the Tailgate Prize Pack.

No purchase of Whiteout Tequila or any other alcoholic beverage is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, deceptive or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole reasonable discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, interfere with the administration of the Giveaway, or obtain an unfair advantage.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive a Whiteout Tequila Tailgate Prize Pack consisting of:

One (1) YETI Cooler
Four (4) Whiteout shot glasses
Ten (10) Whiteout Blitz koozies
One (1) rocks glass
One (1) Whiteout Tequila polo, size Large

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the total prize package is $500.00.

No alcoholic beverages are included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item with an item of equal or greater value if an advertised prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

All federal, state and local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about September 4, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted through a direct message from the official @WhiteoutTequila Instagram account.

Whiteout Tequila will never require payment, purchase of alcohol, credit card information or banking information to claim the prize.

7. Winner Verification

The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before receiving the prize.

The potential winner may also be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity, tax or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor and permitted by law.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time specified in Sponsor's notification, fails to provide requested eligibility verification, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, Instagram username, likeness, photograph, voice and general city/state of residence for reasonable advertising, publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway and Whiteout Tequila without additional compensation or approval.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding administration of the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may, where lawful and appropriate, select the winner by random drawing from eligible entries received before termination.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries; unavailable or interrupted internet or cellular service; Instagram outages or errors; account privacy settings that prevent verification; technical malfunctions; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer and Release

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that the information provided in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Each entrant releases Instagram from claims arising out of or related to the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor and not Instagram.

12. Governing Law

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive an entrant of any consumer protection or other rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws of the entrant's state of residence.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants in connection with the Giveaway will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, awarding the prize, complying with applicable legal obligations, and other purposes permitted by law.

Sponsor will not require entrants to purchase alcoholic beverages or provide payment information in connection with entry or prize fulfillment.

14. Winner Information

Following verification of the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner through its social media channels.

Requests should be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway.
